Church
Management Software (Church Contribution System and Church Treasurer) is currently used by
over 3700 congregations worldwide (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, England,
Denmark, Cyprus, Ukraine, South Africa) in over 58 denominations as well as by ministries and
non-profit organizations. Vian Corporation has been developing quality, affordable,
easy-to-use software since 1982. Since 1985, we have specialized exclusively in the
development of Church Management Software for accounting, financial and
membership applications.
We have kept the cost low to make our software affordable for most congregations,
ministries and non-profit organizations. The cost for each software program is
$95.00 US (see the
Order Form for
complete details).
Release 4 of the Church Contribution
System for Windows and the Church Treasurer for Windows is not compatible with
Windows 95 and Windows 3.1.

Try It Before You Buy It
Our concept of "try before you buy" has been successful since the initial
release of our first Church Management Software product, the VIANSOFT® Church
Contribution System for MS-DOS in 1985.
We believe you should have the opportunity to evaluate the software to see if it will
meet the accounting, membership and financial tracking needs of your congregation, ministry or non-profit organization BEFORE you
purchase it.
To help you evaluate the software, we provide the following:
- A free trial version of the software that you can
download from this web site - the programs are fully-functional within
a limited time span

- A tutorial that leads you step-by-step through the entry of information and
printing of reports - learn the basic operation of the software,
then experiment with other features, generate reports, etc. using the
tutorial data to
see if the software will meet your needs

- A 90 day trial period:
Set up the
software in Trial Mode
with your church,
ministry or non-profit organization information.
Use the software
on your computer system to post entries
and print reports for 90 days
from the date of program installation (Church Contribution System:
During the same calendar year; Church Treasurer: During the same
financial year - calendar or fiscal). You will not have to reenter information
you entered
in Trial Mode if you decide to purchase the
software (see details at the end
of the Tutorial)

You can download free trial versions of the software from this web site. The downloaded
files will fit on floppy disks
or CD if you want to install the program on a
