Church Contribution System (Release
4)

Notes: Release 4.02 (and later) has been
updated for use with Windows 7.
Release 4 is not compatible with
Windows 95 and Windows 3.1.
The Church Contribution System for Windows provides a low cost, high quality Windows
solution to track contributions, print statements, receipts, membership information,
committee lists, activity lists, mailing labels, directories, and more!
The Church Contribution System (Release
4) for Windows has the same ease of use as previous
releases.
With the Church Contribution System (Release
4) for Windows, you have
improved contribution statement reporting of contributions and pledge status
information. For churches that follow a fiscal pledge year, contribution
statements can show money received during the calendar year for giving unit
income tax purposes and also include current fiscal pledge year status on
the same statement. You can have a giving unit pledge following the church
pledge year (Yearly Pledge) and an "Additional Pledge" for long-term
pledges, let's say, for a 3 year pledge drive on the same contribution
statement. You can now create 7 user-defined Member Status indicators along
with Active and Inactive. The Member Count report separates the "Family"
giving units from the "Business" giving units. The Pledge Report
can be arranged by giving unit total amount pledged. The Contribution
Summary Report has the option to include only the Pledging Giving Units that
did not meet the Yearly Pledge. The Contribution Summary Reports can also
arrange the giving units by the total amount contributed. During the entry
of contributions, you can specify a Deposit List Identifier. The Deposit
List ID will group contributions on the Contribution Entry Reports. The
Deposit List will only include the entries from the specified Deposit List
ID (this includes the QIF file for importing deposit totals to the Church
Treasurer or other compatible programs).... and more!

The Church Treasurer for Windows is specifically designed to handle budget, income, and
expenses for churches as compared to business accounting software that is designed to
track profit and loss.
The Church Treasurer (Release 4) for
Windows has the same ease of use as previous
releases.
With the Church Treasurer (Release 4) for Windows,
you can print expense checks in a batch selecting
to print them either singly or continuous depending on the check style and
print position requirements. The Export Relational Database Tables option is
provided for the advanced relational database developer.
