Email Delivery of the Registration Password -
Overview
The quickest way to register your church, ministry or
non-profit organization to use VIANSOFT® Church Management
Software is to use this Email Delivery option. On our Online Order Form,
you can submit your church, ministry or non-profit organization
information, specify which products you are ordering and review the
End-User Agreement. After you submit your order information, call us to submit your MasterCard or VISA information. Refer to the
Procedure below.
Procedure

New Registrations: If you have not already done so, use the
software in Tutorial and Trial modes to determine if the software will
meet the needs of your church, ministry or non-profit organization.
You can download and install Trial versions of the software from our web site.
You do not have to register the software to use the Trial versions
(Download
Trial Versions).

When you are ready to register
the software for your church, ministry or non-profit organization, submit your
order information on the Online Order Form.

To complete
your order: After submitting the Online Order
Form and allowing a few minutes for us
to receive it and to do some preprocessing, call us at 908-537-4642 to submit your MasterCard or VISA
information by phone between
9:00 A.M. and
6:00 P.M.
Eastern Time weekdays.

After your order has been processed, you will receive
the Registration Password on the invoice attached to an email.

After you receive the
email with the Registration Password, be sure you have
installed the
latest release of the software before you install the Registration
Password:
New Registrations
- If the Trial Version of the software is
installed on your computer, download
the latest Incremental Update from our web site (Update button at the
top of the home page) and install the software on your
computer at the same location as the Trial Version.
If you have been using the program during the Trial
period to record actual data you do not want to lose, be
sure you have a current backup of the data. Installing
the software should not affect the data, but it is
always wise to have a current backup before updating or
upgrading a program.

- If you do not have the program
installed on your computer, download
the latest Incremental Update from our web site (Update button at the
top of the home page) and install the software on your
computer.

Upgrades for Registered
Customers
- Download the latest Incremental Update
from our web site (Update button at the top of the home
page) and install the software on your computer at the
same location as the current program.
Before upgrading your program be sure you have a current
backup of the data. Installing the upgrade software
should not affect the data, but it is always wise to
have a current backup before upgrading or updating a
program.

Also, copy the downloaded file(s) to
floppy disk or CD and label the disk with the program name and release
number for future reference.
If the program will be used on a computer that
does not have Internet access, use the floppy disks
or CD copy of the downloaded file(s) to install the software (Start | Run |
<filename>.EXE).

- Enter your Registration Password following the
directions in the Readme help files located in the VIANSOFT® program
group (Start | Programs | VIANSOFT®).
