This page contains descriptions of the reports generated by the Church Contribution System (Release 4) for Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Me, Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows NT.
 

Reports Generated By the Contribution System for Windows

  • Contribution Entry Reports
    • Contributions entered for each giving unit (by entry or posting date)
    • Contribution totals for each giving unit
    • Contribution totals summary shows the total amount contributed to each category (all giving units)
    • Bank deposit list (Deposit List Identifiers will separate entries into up to 9 user-defined deposit lists.)
    • Report option that shows deleted and edited contribution entries (audit trail)

    You can specify the range of entry or posting dates to include on the Contribution Entry Reports. The reports can be arranged by last name or envelope number.

  • Contribution Summary Reports
    • Contribution statements
    • Contribution receipts (includes Canada receipt requirements)
    • Contribution list report

    You can specify the range of giving units and posting dates to include on the Contribution Summary Reports. The reports can be arranged by last name, envelope number, Zip/postal code or the Total Amount Contributed. You can also specify user defined messages and select specific contribution categories to include on the Contribution Statement and Contribution Receipt reports. (For Canada: The Contribution Receipt can include a Registration Number up to 25 characters. The name "Canada Revenue Agency" and their web site address can be included on the Contribution Receipt message.) The Contribution List report provides the information on the Contribution Statements in a more concise form for church use. Pledge Status can be included on the Statement and List reports. A report can be generated showing only the pledging giving units that did not meet their yearly pledge. Mailing Labels can be generated after the report with the giving units as they are arranged on the report.

  • Contribution Category List Report
    • Arranged by description
    • Arranged by code number

    The Contribution Category List Report provides a record of your contribution categories.

  • Church Activity List Reports
    • By activity
    • By member
    • List of all activities

    You can specify the range of activities to include on the Activity Report by Activity or the range of members to include on the Activity Report by Member. You can include the names, addresses and phone numbers of the members participating in the activity. If you wish, mailing labels can be easily generated for the members on the report. The list of activities provides a record of your activities and includes the total number of people assigned to each activity.

  • Participation List Report
    • Totals
    • List of Individuals Participating
    • Spreadsheet Report (Export for spreadsheet)

    You can generate a report showing the the number of participants, list of names of the individual participants or generate a file for spreadsheet use for a specified date range. If the participation list is specifically a list of the number of participants, the report options will be limited to the total count. If the list is by Individual, you can generate the report using any of the three report options.

  • Special Occasions Report
    • By month: birthdays, baptized, confirmed, joined church, wedding
    • For all years or a specified number of years

    Many congregations include announcements in their news letters when a special occasion occurs during the year for one of their members. The Special Occasions Report provides, by month and by day, the names of the people celebrating a birthday, day of baptism, day of confirmation, day joined the church and wedding anniversary day. You can include contact information for the people on the report (address, phone, email). You can also determine, for example, who is celebrating a 25th wedding anniversary by specifying a number (25) and selecting the occasion (Wedding). You can generate mailing labels for the people listed on the report.

  • Personal Information Report
    • By individual
    • By Family Giving Unit (family group)

    You can select the personal information you wish to include on the Personal Information Report. The report by individual can include the personal information stored in the system for each member (address, personal phone, email, work phone, fax number, dates, activities, memo/notes).

  • Pledge Report
    • Pledges in effect during the range of the report
    • Totals pledged to each contribution category (pledges in effect during the range of the report)

    You can arrange the Pledge Report by giving unit last name, envelope number, Yearly Pledge Total Amount or Additional Pledge Total Amount and set the range of giving units you want to include on the report. You can even specify which contribution categories you want to include on the Pledge Report. If you have long-term pledges (Additional Pledges), you can include them on the report.

  • Statistics Report
    • Member count (giving unit information)
    • Member count (individual member information)

    The Member Count Report lists the number of giving units, individuals, pledging members, non-pledging members, active members, inactive members, etc.

  • Member Directory
    • Include family member names, address, phone, giving unit email, family member phone and email
    • Specify the status of the members to include: active, inactive, shut-in, prospect, N/A

    The Member Directory provides an alphabetical list of members. You can specify member status (active, inactive, etc.) to include on the report. You can also generate mailing labels for those members included in the directory.

  • Member List
    • By Giving Unit Last Name
    • By Envelope Number
    • By Individual Last Name

    The Member List provides a concise list of giving unit or individual names as displayed on the Member List Browser. The Member List by giving unit last name includes envelope numbers for those giving units assigned envelope numbers. The Member List by individual last name includes the relationship. You can specify to arrange the Member List by Giving Unit Last Name, Envelope Number or Individual Last Name.

  • Mailing Labels
    • By Giving Unit
    • By Individual
    • User-defined Mailing List

You can arrange the mailing labels by individual or giving unit and select the range of members to include. You can limit the mailing list to members with specific status (active, inactive, etc.), giving units with envelope numbers or no envelope numbers, giving units with children or no children. You can generate labels for a user-defined list of giving units or individuals you specify.

You can specify one of two label formats: two across (Avery 5161 or equivalent) or three across (Avery 5160 or equivalent). You can include the envelope number on the label. You can generate the labels in report or Zip/Postal code order. You can include USA ZIP+4 Delivery Point Barcodes. Basic mailing label information can be exported to an ASCII file for use in word processor mail merge and spreadsheet documents.
