Church Contribution System (Release 4)
for Windows Vista (32 bit), Windows XP, Windows Me, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT
($95.00 US)

The Church Contribution System for Windows is an easy-to-use program designed to record contributions, member participation in activities and membership records for small and large congregations. If you have a small congregation, you can use the Church Contribution System as your congregation grows. If you have a large congregation, the Church Contribution System can handle thousands of members (virtually only limited by hard disk space) and you can use the same program as your congregation continues to expand.

When you set up the Contribution System for Windows, you only need to enter information for the reports you want to generate. For example, if you only want to record contributions to print contribution statements and/or receipts, all you need to enter when you set up the system is the following:

  • The contribution categories
  • The names of the contributors

If some or all of your contributors use numbered envelopes or "account" numbers, you would only assign numbers to those contributors who require numbers. Envelope numbers are optional.

That's all the information you need to enter in the system during initial set up to begin recording contributions, print Contribution Statements and print Contribution Receipts.

If you want to also take advantage of the extensive membership and reporting capabilities of the program, you can record pledges, additional family member personal information, lists of members who are involved in activities, record participation (used to track attendance) and set up user-defined mailing lists.

A tutorial takes you step-by-step through the basic operation of the program. You will see how easy it is to complete tasks such as enter contributions, generate contribution entry and statement reports, and add new members to the system. You will also be able to generate other reports and try many program options before you purchase the software for your church, ministry or non-profit organization.

If you wish to try the software with your church, ministry or non-profit organization information, you can set up the system in Trial Mode. Trial Mode allows you to record information for 90 days from the date of program installation within the same calendar year. If you decide to register the software, you will not have to reenter the information you entered in Trial Mode.

Church Treasurer (Release 4)
for Windows Vista (32 bit), Windows XP, Windows Me, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT
($95.00 US)

The Church Treasurer for Windows is an easy-to-use program designed to meet the unique accounting needs of a church. It allows you to keep track of budget, income and expense as compared to a traditional business accounting system where the main emphasis is keeping track of profit and loss.

Recording and posting of income or expenses is done in one easy step. Income can be posted to a fund to be deducted to pay expenses for any item in the fund or posted to a specific item to be deducted to pay expenses only for that item. Purchase Order information can be recorded to show money committed for ordered items on the Budget vs Expenses Report. If you print checks, they can be printed at the time of expense entry or later in a batch.

The program allows an inexperienced bookkeeper to keep complex records and produce time consuming reports with ease.

A tutorial takes you step-by-step through the basic operation of the program. You will see how easy it is to complete tasks such as enter transactions, generate reports and reconcile a bank statement. You will also be able to generate other reports and try many program options before you purchase the software for your church.

If you wish to try the software with your church financial information, you can set up the Treasurer in Trial Mode. Trial Mode allows you to record information for 90 days from the date of program installation within the same financial year (calendar or fiscal). If you decide to register the software, you will not have to reenter the information you entered in Trial Mode.
