Note: Release 4 is not compatible with Windows 95 and Windows 3.1.

Download the trial version of the Church Contribution System (Release 4) for Windows.

The Trial version contains the program, tutorial, tutorial data and complete user documentation. Use the Tutorial to begin your evaluation of the program.

Choose one:
Single Program Installation File
Select the Single Program Installation File if you will be doing one or more of the following:

  • If you will be installing the program on this computer
  • If you have a CD burner (CD Read/Write drive): To copy the downloaded file to a CD to install the program on a different computer
  • If you have a CD burner (CD Read/Write drive): To copy the downloaded file to make an archive copy

Two Program Installation Files
Select the Two Program Installation Files if you will be doing one or more of the following:

  • If you need to copy the installation files to floppy disks to install the program on another computer
  • If you need to copy the downloaded files to floppy disks to make an archive copy

Single Program Installation File:
CCW400C.EXE (File Size: 2.0MB)

During the downloading process, select the "Save" button to download the installation file to a folder on your hard disk. Take note of the name of the download file and the path where it will be stored.

If you are installing the program on this computer, choose the Run button after the download is completed. Note: Depending on your operating system, you then may have to minimize your browser or click on VIANSOFT® in the system tray to view the installation program.

If you want to install the program on a computer at a different location:

  • Copy the downloaded file to a CD

 Downloading the Installation Files:

1. Click the "Download Two Installation Files" link below.

2. Then, on the File Download window, select the "Run" or "Open" button (recommended, if available).

After the CCWDownload.exe file is downloaded to your Windows computer, select the "Run" button again (if shown) to begin the download of the Two Program Installation files. The Two Program Installation files will be downloaded and saved to the C:\VianInstall folder that will be created on your Windows computer.

If you select the "Save" button on the File Download window, the CCWDownload.exe file will be downloaded to your Windows computer. After the file is downloaded, Open or Run the CCWDownload Application (.exe) file to begin the download of the Two Program Installation Files. The two installation files will be downloaded and saved to the C:\VianInstall folder that will be created on your Windows computer.

Installing the Software - Two Installation Files: After the download of the installation files is completed, you will have the option of copying the downloaded files to floppy disks on your A drive and/or installing the program on your computer. Select the "Download Two Installation Files" link below to begin the process.

If you want to install the program on a computer at a different location:

  • Copy the downloaded files to floppy disks
    OR
  • Copy the downloaded files to the same folder on a CD

    Run (or double click) the CCW Application (.EXE) file to begin the installation on a computer at a different location.

After you install the software, choose Contribution Readme from the VIANSOFT® program group (Start | Programs | VIANSOFT® | Contribution Readme).

After Downloading the Single Installation File,
Install the Software

Windows Vista (32 bit)

After the download is completed, you can choose the Run button to begin the installation. After the installation is completed, the program has installed correctly.

OR

You can close the window and run the installation at a later time by locating the downloaded installation file and double clicking on the file name to start the installation.

If you are not sure where the downloaded file is located on your computer, try the suggestions below:
 
  • With the program installation file downloaded to the operating system suggested folder ("Downloads" file folder), select the Start icon and type ccw in the search filed. Then, click on the Application file name to start the installation. After the installation is completed, the program has been installed correctly.
  • Note: If the program installation file was downloaded to a different folder and the file name is not displayed in the search results window, select Search everywhere or See all results depending on what is displayed. Then, select Advanced Search and click on the box to Included non-indexed, hidden and system files in the search. Click on the Application file name (Example: CCW400A) to start the installation. After the installation is completed, the program has been installed correctly.
Follow the instructions on the screen.

Windows XP, Me, 98, 2000, NT

After the download is completed, you can choose the Run button to begin the installation.

OR

You can close the window and run the installation at a later time by locating the downloaded installation file and double clicking on the file name to start the installation or do the following:
 
  1. Choose Run from the Start task bar.
  1. Type the path and file name where the .EXE installation file is located or choose the Browse button, select the the path and file name and display it in the Open: field.
  1. Press <Enter> or choose the Ok button.
  1. Follow the instructions on the screen.

After you install the software, choose Contribution Readme from the VIANSOFT® program group (Start | Programs | VIANSOFT® | Contribution Readme).

If you are not sure where the downloaded file is located on your computer, you can install the program following the instructions below:

Windows XP, Me, 2000:

  1. Choose Search from the Start task bar.
  1. XP: Choose All files and folders from the Search menu.
    Me, 2000: Choose For Files or Folders from the Search side menu.
  1. XP: In the All or Part of the File Name field, type: ccw4*.exe 
    Me, 2000: In the Search for Files or folders named field, 
    type: ccw4*.exe 
  1. The Look in field should have the name of the drive where the file was downloaded (for example, C:).
  1. Choose the Search Now button.

    The computer will locate and list all files that have ccw4 as the first four characters of the file name on the specified drive.
  1. With the correct file name highlighted in the list, press <Enter> or double click on the file name.
  1. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Windows 98, NT:

  1. Choose Find from the Start task bar.
  1. Choose Files or Folders from the Find side menu.
  1. On the Name & Location tab, in the Named field, type: ccw4*.exe
  1. The Look in field should have the name of the drive where the file was downloaded (for example, C:).
  1. Choose the Find Now button.

    The computer will locate and list all files that have ccw4 as the first four characters of the file name on the specified drive.
  1. With the correct file name highlighted in the list, press <Enter> or double click on the file name.
  1. Follow the instructions on the screen.
